Return Policy


Jaxon Jovie believes that great companies only exist because of their customers support. Without them, they would be nothing. We have spent a long time creating what we believe are the best products available to you, and we hope that you find your perfect fit in a pair of Jaxon Jovie Jeans.

We also believe that as a customer you should always be happy with your purchase, and if you are not, then a company should find a way to make it right. 

WE PROMISE TO STAND BY THIS.

We encourage you to try on our items and send back whatever you wouldn't do backflips around the world in. After all we are only happy if you are happy :) 

HOW TO EARN FREE EXCHANGES & RETURNS:

  • Returns and exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in brand new condition. 
  • Apparel must have hang tags attached.
  • Items eligible for a return or exchange must be within 60 days of delivery. Items sent back with signs of customer wear will be returned to sender.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for a return or exchange to be processed once it arrives at our facility. You will receive an email from us when the return or exchange is processed.
  • International customers are responsible for all shipping costs to and from our facility. Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate an international return or exchange.
